Benefits & Compensation Solutions(TM) is looking for its fourth annual class of BC Superstars. Each Superstar will be profiled in an upcoming (Spring '09) issue of Benefits & Compensation Solutions(TM)
We want to hear about those people who do extraordinary work in the benefits and compensation arena. These are benefits managers who have gone the extra mile to fix a difficult benefits or compensation problem, providers who have worked hand in hand with employer-clients to create innovative solutions for their employees, or employers that sought out effective and efficient programs to not only improve their bottom lines but also meet their employees' personal needs.
Nominations are due January 15th. They are accepted in five categories. Please feel free to nominate in as many categories as you like.
1. Moderate-Scale Employer
2. Medium-Scale Employer
3. Large-Scale Employer
4. Solutions Provider
5. Team Superstars
We'd like to see providers nominating employers, brokers nominating providers, employers nominating their peers at other companies and, of course, PR people are welcome to submit nominations for their clients.
You may nominate a Superstar in one of two ways. First, you can send an e-mail to nominations[at]fieldmedia.com that includes your nominee's name, title, company, and why he or she deserves recognition. Give specific examples of what this person has done or accomplished that makes him or her a cut above the norm. Keep your nominations to no more than 500 words. Also, don't forget to include your own name and contact information. The second way to nomination someone is by completing the form below. Simply fill out the fields, and then hit "Submit."
